Hi Guido,
My problem was that I had a tex.vim file, which was loading WinManager
everytime I opened a tex file. What I did , was just removing that
command from the vim.tex file. I am not a Vim expert, but I guess to
remove a plugin, you just remove it from $Vimhome/Vimfiles/ftplugin.
