[Vim-latex-devel] [PATCH] F9 \ref completion not working when path to outline.py has spaces

On windows vim is installed to "C:\Program Files\Vim\" which has spaces 
in it. This causes F9 \ref completion to fail. The attached patch is 
against the SVN trunk of texviewer.vim and fixes the issue. There may be 
other places where this is an issue, if I come across them I will fix 
them and submit patches.
