I would like to inform you that vim-latexsuite has been released as a Debian
package. It is available in sid (unstable). If you want to know more about
this package in Debian look at:

There are important links about status of the package.
There is also possibility to receive information about package by email.
On the same page you have an interface to subscribe.
I will plan to make an unofficial backport for current stable (woody)
to give opportunity of use of this package to more users. Drop me a note
if you want to be informed about it.
