I just discovered a way to make this work, although it doesn't seem like
this is supposed to be what I do based on the manual.
let g:Tex_FormatDependency_ps = 'dvi,ps'
let g:Tex_DefaultTargetFormat = 'ps'
doesn't work right. But if I change the TargetFormat to dvi,ps
everything works fine. So whether or not that is configuration I can
deal with it.
