Log Message:
New: A description of the g:Imap_FreezeImap option.
Fix: Mikolaj screwed up the last commit by using a file in which the xml
structure was all mangled. I suspect he used qgap or something similar
on some xml! I am reverting the file to the 1.23 status. This
unfortunately means that MM's addition is lost.
