Log Message:
. provide defaults for g:Imap_StickyPlaceHolders and
g:Imap_DeleteEmptyPlaceHolders.
. remove the RestoreEncoding function. Hopefully, in the near future we
will be able to get away with iconv and the fact that the scripts
themselves do not contain funkiness.
