[Vim-latex-devel] Forward searches in OS X

I thought this list was dead. To my surprise, there are recent messages 
in here.

If anyone ever updates the Vim-LaTeX suite, they may want to apply these 
patches:

which allow forward searches/forward viewing to actually work in OS X.

I have also made numerous changes to the compiler.vim file to make 
compiling smoother (i.e., actually run MAKEINDEX when necessary and 
re-run bibtex at smarter times).
