[Vim-latex-devel] Latex-suite blocks cyrillic letters

Hello!
When i have installed Latex-suite, i can't type cyrillic letters. I have 
also found a message:

where is desribed the same problem with (g)vim 6.3, latex-suite 1.5 и 
20040805, except everything works with CAPS_LOCK or SCROLL_LOCK (by me 
it doesn't work anyway).

I am using Debian packages:
vim-latexsuite 0.20041219-2
vim 6.2-426+1

P.S.: i tried to use "Contact the vim-latex-devel team" form, but it 
didn't work:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 10 seconds exceeded in
/home/groups/v/vi/vim-latex/htdocs/contactsubmit.inc on line 42
