[Vim-latex-devel] makeindex not working

Hi,

I am using the Debian package of latexsuite (20041219-1). Everything
works fine besides makeindex. I am attaching a logfile of the compile
run, as well as my texrc.

There's an entry in the logfile from latexsuite regarding an error; but
there's not even a warning in the .log file from latex.

Running makeindex manually works fine.
