[Vim-latex-devel] help for latex-suite is not installed

I got a new version of latex-suite:
latexSuite20040805.tar.gz But I cannot get a help for LaTeX
Suite with ':help latex-suite'. And also no tags are
generated, so if I open a doc/latex-suite.txt I cannot go
through tags: |sthsth|.

Then I try again the 'latexSuite-1.5.tar.gz' and it works
me. Can somebody helps me to get a help for latex-suite?
