[Vim-latex-devel] [Contact] Alt Key Macros

The user manual says (in section 3.10.2) that Alt-m inserts \\mathbf{}, but this 
should apparently be alt-m (which is accurately described in 9.1.2).



All 
default alt-combos work for me in gvim except for alt-i.  Any hints to get it to work, 
short of remapping the combo?



Also, none of the alt-combos work for me for command 
line vime (run either from the console or rxvt).  Any tricks to make this 
work?
