Latex-suite already has significant support for inserting bib-keys fast
as described in:

http://vim-latex.sourceforge.net/documentation/latex-suite/latex-completion-cite.html

If you already know about this and are thinking of something else, then
please elaborate. What exactly are you looking for which is not already
there?
