[Vim-latex-devel] Installation documentation on website

Hi folks,

The website installation instruction, in the Download section, needs an
update to reflect the new files contained in the archive.
More specifically, there are now "latextags", "Makefile", "Makefile.in" and
"vim-latex.metainfo.xml" and no reference to them is done.
At the moment, the instruction tells to copy everything into your "~/.vim"
folder.

Tutorial wise, I believe it might be definitely useful introducing there
the shortcut Sxx, Fxx and the "`" escape character for Greek letters.

Last thing, it is not transparent how to change the <Ctrl - J> hot key to
some other <Ctrl - ;>, for example.
Oftentimes, <Ctrl - HJKL> are used to move left, down, up and right between
split views.
