I made another patch to handle this problem. The split is required for
cases when the main file name is different from the file being edited.

Also, vim...@li... has become a "closed list",
which means that to e-mail the list henceforth, you will need to be
subscribed. Its an inconvinience but necessary to reduce spam.

I approved your post this time, but I hope to soon start an
"automatically discard outside mails" thingie.
