[Vim-latex-devel] <F7> in visual mode.

Hello,

It looks like pressing <F7> after visually selecting a block of text
just creates a command from the first word of the selection and then
surrounds the whole block of text in that command. Is this desirable at
all? Should I assume its a bug and fix it?

(This functionality is in envmacros.vim which is mostly Mikolaj's
domain).
