First of all, please update to the latest version just so we are both on
the same page. There was a bug-fix with spaces not being escaped on
shared drives. If the bug does not go away, let me know what happens
when you do

:TTarget pdf
:call ViewLaTeX()

from the vim command line. This should spawn a shell which generates the
command. You should be able to see what problem the command prompt has
with the command then.
