[Vim-latex-devel] BibT question

the credits section of the manual mentions the BibT() function from the
file bibtex.vim, but I don't see any further reference to this function
whatsoever, and I encountered problems using it 'out of the box'.  Is
this function currently _used_ by vim-latex, and if so, how/is there any
documentation on how to take advantage of it?  Is there any other
support for creating bibtex files in vim-latex?
