      Unfortunately, the fix does not affect anyonoe who made a copy of 
the texrc file.  I will not have time in the near future, but I would 
like to restructure texrc so that :TexLet and SafeLet() are defined 
elsewhere, the documentation is in doc/latexsuite.txt, and texrc itself 
is minimal.
