[Vim-latex-devel] Strange error in win32 version

If I try to run vim-latex from windows XP I got an error message that
quickly expires and I got very little time to read it.
There is a way to make it persistent?

This is what I got:  25_SetTex

This pehraps tells you something? I run different versions of vim: 
6.1.263 in Linux (where it works well) and 6.1 in winXP.
