[Vim-latex-devel] latex-suite questions in vim

Hi,

1 - I'm starting to use latex-suite for vim, but when I enter the character
"ã" in a tex, it shows "\cite{}<++>". How can I enter this character?

2 - What the sequence "SCH for chapter" means? If I press the sequence key
SCH, it appears a chapter section?
