[Vim-latex-devel] Turning latex-suite off

Hi,

I was wondering how to turn off the loading of vim-latex. The problem
is I am at a computer where the admin installed vim-latex and i would
need to turn it off, but it doesn't seem to honour the ususal
did_ftplugin variable. 
What other way is there to disable it?
