Change: delete title from the default g:Tex_FoldMisc setting.
        (Zhang Linbo)

Change: moved the processing of the 'title' command before other
        standard commands/environments, otherwise it might be obsoleted
        by the 'titlepage' environment
        (Zhang Linbo)
