Log Message:
Bug: Sometimes, even when there are no errors or warnings, Tex_RunLaTeX
     still quits after compiling the .tex file into dvi.
Why: :clist is sometimes not empty even without errors. 
Fix: Look for the presence of strings like ":13 error:" in :clist, not just
     whether it is empty or not.
