      Sorry for the cryptic log message.  I guess the botched commit did 
not work at all.  Here is, approximately, the CVS log message I meant to 
include:

Use a (local) variable s:RemoveLastHistoryItem instead of a (global) 
function SAImaps_RemoveLastHistoryItem().  Also, clean up some comment 
lines from a previous change to this file.
