Log Message:
Bug: 'makefile's in current directory are ignored.
Cause: used 
	if glob('makefile')
		...
for testing whether makefile exists. However, in vim, a string evaluates to
0 in the if test. Use
	if glob('makefile') != ''
		...
instead.
