I recently sent a patch to this mailing list fixing a problem in texviewer.vim with it's way of calling outline.py. I didn't think at the time about spaces in the filename as well. So I have created a new patch which fixes the problem on windows. This patch is against the current SVN version, it includes a workaround for a problem in vim with the default shellxquote on windows (see See http://groups.google.com/group/vim_dev/browse_thread/thread/3d1cc6cb0c0d27b3).
