#63 Farmizzator beginner protection

Have the farmizzator check if a village is under beginner protection (or banned) before sending attacks.

I got an error because I specified a village that still was under beginners protection. Will this be handled in a way that does not call attention to my account? I'd like to include villages under beginners protection so that when they finally came out, I would attack them. Is this advisable? Thanks
