No

I use Viking on Linux (1.6-1build1 from Ubuntu repository).
A TrackWaypoint layer with a few tracks imported, then when I want to sort the by name, etc it crashes.
I think if could be already reported by Ubuntu bug tracking somewhere (there is an option to send a report when a program crashes).

Sorry, that should be as a bug, not support request.

This seemed fixed in at least the latest release v1.6.2.
However I can't readily find a specific fix that addresses this.
I have a vague memory around this area, but I can only find something that relates to fixing sorting by time (and only on 32bit machines).

v1.6.2 is included in latest Ubuntu releases.

Sorry but I don't support old versions of Viking as I don't have enough spare time to do so.
