#119 Drawing layer

Hello Viking-team,

I'm gently asking you if you could make a drawing layer. Like one had printed the map and draw with a pen. For later use with saving option.

A small solution is the following: For points and lines one can use .gpx. So my idea is to extend the track drawing to an area drawing like

If it is possible one can save the .gpx with this tag.

One thing really really useful would be adding labels that are not actual GPS-coordinated waypoints, e.g. put a label on an area saying "Farmland"

And another useful thing would be drawing lines anywhere (saved in a "draw" layer) e.g. between points, to make an area and adding shading to it....

nothing too complex like GIS stuff, but enough to enable more map detail to be made and printed without the user needing to learn how to use other very technical software.
