#174 Moving waypoints : manual wrong ?

The manual for viking 1.11 mentions you can move/drag waypoints by selecting them and the dragging them.
In my experience you should hold the shift-key while dragging the waypoint. That's on kubuntu 24.04 with viking 1.10. I can't test it with viking 1.11 because I can't install that with the standard package-manager.
