Hello Benno,

I have started with the projects creations and
synchronising with the repository.

1. When Im creating projects VIF, VIF Test and so on,
under every project the 'JRE System Library' is
getting created which has jars under it like rt.jar
etc. 
Do they get created on your Eclipse too? Do you keep
them as they are? OR map them/specify them in build
path etc so that all the five projects do not have to
contain them?

Can you please explain why? I had gone ahead with the
one under Eclipse installation. Now I have created new
workspace location on the same drive and have
proceeded. I did not have any specific advantage in
mind abt using the one under Eclipse. I had just went
ahead with the defaults. So I did not wait for your
answer to create a new one as this would have again
spent some time.

Hope its ok.

3.>>For example, you can start Eclipse by submitting
the following command: C:\programs\eclipse\eclipse.exe
-data "D:\Data\path\to\my\vif\workspace".

I have not turned off the option and while starting my
Eclipse still asks which workspace to choose. I guess
I do not need this command in that case. Please
confirm.

4. I have created 5 projects under
c:\Leena\VIF\workspace namely - VIF, VIF Test, VIF
Framework, VIF Framework Test and vifapp. For these I
used 'Java Project' type in the 'Project Creation
Wizard'. I have not created the project for 'scripts'.
What is the type of this project u specified in your
'Project creation Wizard'?

5. The repository addition not going smooth at all. I
tried re-doing it all. Few inconsistent errors
occured.
A. Getting the host validation error now.
Error Validating Location:"Authentication Error:
com.jcraft.jsch.JschException: Auth Fail
Keep location anyway?
B. I used username='anonymous' with password ''(none).
Sometimes I get the above error. Sometimes the
password window appears again as if the login failed.
Can you please check the password has not changed?
C. While adding the repository, I kept the following
options as they were.
I.  connectionType='extssh'
II. Use Default Port Radio button selected
Please confirm they are the same on your machine.
