New View Builder Release - Now with CSS support!

Hello Everyone,

The lastest Version of View Builder is out now! I added support for CSS editing. You can apply CSS styling by linking it to the HTML document from file by clicking on the CSS button. To preview all of your changes made just click on the Live Preview Browser to see the changes you have made. Please give it a shot and let me know what you think.
