VietOCR v5.7.0 & VietOCR.NET v5.7.0 Releases

A Java/.NET WPF GUI frontend for Tesseract OCR engine. The releases include the following improvements:

• Support multiple renderers and provide pre- and post-processing for Bulk/Batch ops
• Various UI improvements
• Proper cleanup of working intermediate files
• Add/expand command-line interface (CLI) support
