VietOCR.NET v5.2 Release

A .NET WPF GUI frontend for Tesseract OCR 4.0.0-beta.4 engine. The release includes the following improvements:

• Upgrade to Tesseract 4.0.0-beta.4 (fd49206)
• Fix Save As function
• Fix Fit Image & Zoom In/Out function
