VietOCR.NET v4.3 Release

A .NET GUI frontend for Tesseract OCR 3.04 engine. The release includes the following improvements:

• Refactor
• Update GhostScript to 9.20
• Update Tesseract.NET library to 3.2.0-alpha2
• Update to .NET Framework 4.5.2
• Additional image filters
• Implement improvements made to Java version by John Helour, including:
• Expand support to include Regex text replacements from DangAmbigs.txt file
• Hyphen replacements
