Whenever i try to run reg23 as you say regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\wiaaut.dll this message come up failed - the specified procedure could not be found
Fail to initialise tesseract engine
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
wiaaut.dll is located under Library folder in the distribution. You only need to register this scanning library if your OS is Windows XP; Windows Vista/7/8 already have this as standard.
