The Viet Cong Library will be moved to (and completely redesigned as) the Anaxor Card Game Framework which can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/anaxor/. Please see our home page for more information.

Since our old project, vietcong, had a name which could be found offensive and couldn't be renamed, this new one has been created. Back to work on the cards!
