[Viennacl-support] Error running tutorials 1,2 and 3

Tutorial 4 & 5 run without error

System info:
OS: Mac OS X Snow Leopard
ATI Radeon HD 4870
ViennaCL 1.0.4

Snow Leopard as an implementation of OpenCL. I also installed CUDA SDK.
