When transcoding an AVI with AC3 5.1 audio to DVD VOB
format, the audio is garbled. The VOB contains AC3 5.1
audio, but sounds really metalic for some reason, and
the channel assignment is incorrect.

The problem only occurs when sox is placed into the audio
filter chain. Encoding from NTSC to NTSC or from PAL to PAL
framerates, which does not require audio modifications,
works fine. When encoding from NTSC to PAL or vice-versa,
the audio is modified, and this causes the audio to be
garbled by sox. Will investigate on how to correct this problem.

Sox cannot handle more than four channels of audio. I am
implementing a workaround so that sox is not used any longer.

The problem has been fixed in the upcoming 1.1.0 release,
which I will release very soon.
