Hi, I really like this software! I have been using it to transcribe mp3's. It works fine, except that I'm on a Mac, and the keyboard shortcuts are Windows-native (ctrl) instead of Mac-native (alt). This is actually ergonomically uncomfortable with my keyboard layout!
I tried to compile an alternate version of the code that uses ALT_ in place of CTRL_ in the PlayerPanel.java file so that Mac-style keyboard shortcuts could work (attached), but unfortunately I cannot figure out how to compile the Java for myself. So instead, I have to request that keyboard shortcuts in the Mac style to be added to this software. It would really make a big difference for my use of the software, and with the number of transcripts I have, it will be many hours!
Mac-native version of PlayerPanel.java
Hi, Sorry for the late reply - I was expecting an e-mail notice when something got posted here, but I didn't get it.
I've been thinking of making a release soon with a few other improvements. I'll see about adding an option for what you want.
Stay tuned!

O.k. I released a new version that fixes this problem, and has a few other bug fixes as well. Enjoy!
Actually, the keyboard shortcuts seem buggier now than they used to be! It seems to require a little fidgeting at the start to get them working at all (function-space to start play, for example), but then seems alright once playback is underway. At that point, the Mac keyboard shortcuts seem to work fine, though I haven't done enough transcription with this version to say for certain.
I've confirmed the issue from the prior message - everything works fine once things are rolling. At the start, it seems to require clicking the play button (at least once) before the keyboard shortcuts work.
Overall, not a major problem, given that it does start to work as expected after initiating the transcription activity, though it could come as a bit of a surprise to a new user.
Thanks again for making this available - it's been marvelously useful software for me!
