I have some .mkv files which are (I think) 1280x720 - at least that's what VLC and Quicktime (Perian) will load and play them at by default. However, when I drop them into Video Monkey to convert to MP4 files (because I hate mkv's, they take forever to load), it's showing the frame size as 640x348 maximum with the slider all the way to the right. This is for 'All Apple Devices"). Suggestions?

Um.. nevermind, I just switched to Apple TV.. I just assumed "All Apple Devices" would make all resolutions available (i.e. that was the superset and all other options were subsets), but I was misinterpreting the interface.
