The file names of my video files were bad and as a result I got haywire metadata during the encode. I'd like to know if there's a way to strip the metadata and re-search and apply good metadata. I've fixed the filenames, deleted the db cache file, and deleted all fields in the metadata info menu, but the metadata seems to persist. So I loaded the video into iTunes and stripped all the metadata there. Now the file has blank metadata, but VideoMonkey won't search for new data.
Have I any options? Thanks!
