Keep Surround Track is greyed out

    Love the app. Please keep up the great work. The Metadata lookup is a godsend!

    I've converted a MKV file, which converted very well to AppleTV, but the 5.1 AC3 surround track was not copied to the mp4 file, just the converted AAC track. Am I doing anything wrong?

    The Keep Surround Track check box is greyed out, but ticked. I cannot seem to find a way to change this setting.

    Please help!

    I also get this same problem, the only problem keeping me from making the switch to this app.

    Also, kind of embarrassing, the Format for AppleTV is 1280x720 not 1024x720.
