I just installed Video Monkey after using isquint. I find that converting a file from flv to "All Apple Devices" the converted file is defaulted to open with iTunes. Is there a way to change this to quick time?

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Simply uncheck "Add to iTunes". The .mp4 file will be in the same directory of the .flv file. If the default app to open the .mp4 file it's iTunes, you can change pressing ctrl+click, then select "open with"->"other" and select the application (quicktime). Make sure "Open forever with" it's checked.
