I released the first version of VideoGuide a couple days ago. But after that I've found some bugs in Makefiles, installation scripts and VideoGuide service scripts. That patch is fixed them.

I've released a first version of VideoGuide. Features:
1) Manually add, edit or drop properties of movie: title, description, cover image.
2) Possibility to comment and rate specified movie.
3) Possibility to download specified movie via HTTP.
4) Retrieve movie data for specified ID or title from IMDB.com.
5) Automatically scan directories which contain movies and add them into VideoGuide.

I'm ready to relase the first version of VideoGuide on next week. It'll be great for me and for somebody who will decide to use VideoGuide.

I've released a new version of module IMDB::Film - Perl extension to grub movies information from IMDB.com. I'd like to say thanks Jeff Anderson for his interest in that module and appropriate suggestions to improve its functionality.
Changes are following:

* Added possibility to return number of votes together with movie rating (thanks Martin Millnert for suggestion).
* Added role in the data about movie persons.
* Improved display of error and debug messages.
* Fixed a bug with grub movie ID if search by title returns only one movie.
* Fixed a bug with grub directors list in case if movie does not contain any writers.... read more
