Prototype #4: included file transfer.

NB:	- resource wav files have been moved in the deploy dir.
	- files names were inverted: ring-in.wav <-> ring-out.wav.


Install
-------
You can get viavoip at http://sourceforge.net/projects/viavoip/.
Extract the archive and launch "viavoip(.exe)" (no setup required).
(linux users: requires Qt 4.7.0 or later).
