#1 HwSlice driver module loading error

I'm making an effort to get the castlerock hw mpeg
decoder to work under slackware 9.1 with kernel 2.4.24.
VeXP (lib and ui) compiled but when I try to start it
up with the
viaexp -V HwSlice
I get a module loading error.
I'm also having difficulty in installing the xfreecle
on the slackware distribution (I guess the fact the the
linux kernel modules for the grafix interface not
loading could be the reason why VeXP is not working
properly).
