This is the README file for source code package of 
Video Image Annotation Tool (VIA)

To build full version of VIA you need Borland C++ Builder 6.
the tool uses : 
m2v_vfapi for MPEG1/2 video support, 
GraphicsEx library for loading of additional image file formats,
Graphics32 image library (http://graphics32.org)

see the file 'INSTALL' for additional information

Directory structure:
