If you've installed on "Program Files/Program Files (x86)" directory, you have to run as Administrator. Just to let you know that the glitch0r.dll file is embedded inside the program. While you're open the program, the file will be extracted from it into the directory.

After I made a further investigation about this issue, it turns out that Frei0r doesn't worked on Windows 10

I've just recently made some changes to disable glitch effect if running on Windows 10 and it will be updated by tomorrow.
Maybe it was 980x1742 in the log was incorrect
