#2 non clustered hosts not showing up in Health Check Report

VMware vSphere Health Check Report v4.1.2

We are having a hard time getting VMware vSphere Health Check Report v4.1.2 to report the hosts that do not belong to a cluster. We really do not want to create an a cluster for all of the 20+ standalone ESX hosts. This will create a logical problem in our vCenter in the we our admins around the world would admin the VMs as VMs would show belonging to this cluster when infact the VMs are fixed to specific ESX host.

Additionally there is a typing error for the COS VMDK header in html table, it is now reading "COS VDMK".

Also the script is not showing up the NIC CDP discovered portids.
